Let’s close 2012 out with a toast. A toast to another year of providing a Midwestern voice in the prep style conversation. A toast to the partners who have helped support the blog. A toast to the brands that have helped answer questions about their products and their companies and have provided items to give away to the readers. And most of all let’s raise a toast to all the readers who have visited this year because without you there would be no point for this blog to exist. Thank you. The BYOB D-Ring Belt happened to be a Christmas present this year so I’ve had a first hand look at it over the past week. It’s a true ribbon belt with the ribbon motif stitched onto grosgrain ribbon (not canvas) and handmade in the United States. The beer bottle pattern is casual and perfect for happy hour and frankly it’s quite fun to try and name all the beers represented. The belt typically comes with a navy grosgrain ribbon backing but if you wear a medium you can also opt for a red grosgrain backing. Here’s to a great 2012 and an even better 2013!
