I’m back from a brief hiatus due to my second daughter being born on Wednesday. And because I have a newborn in the house, along with a rambunctious almost two-year-old, there’s no way I’ll be making it to Indianapolis Memorial Day weekend for the 500. The 500 is a spectacle to be witnessed at least once in person by all and what better way to mark this year’s race than with the 101st Running T-Shirt from The Shop?
Assuredly better than all the other generic t-shirts you’ll find at the track, the 101st Running T-Shirt takes sporting event t-shirts to the next level. A 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester, this t-shirt is so soft it will grip right through the banked turns. The graphic is modern but with a touch of vintage and the red, white and blue combination is apt for America’s race. If you’re heading to Indy for the race, be sure to swing by Broad Ripple first to pick up your shirt and then chug a beer for me.
